Blue Palms began in lockdown, when coconut water and white rum were mixed out of necessity – and turned out to be the most refreshing discovery. Light, clean and effortless, it tasted like a holiday when travel wasn’t an option.
That moment inspired a drink built around balance, natural ingredients and a gentle sense of escape. We use naturally hydrating, electrolyte-rich coconut water and smooth white rum for a soft, seamless finish – light, pure, fun, without artificial flavours, additives or heaviness.
